My name is Uzair Rahim and I am a Computer Programmer and Software Developer. My 6 years experience comes from designing and developing web and desktop applications and user interface. I am an expert with ActionScript, Java, Javascript, HTML, CSS, PHP, JSP and SQL.
I am a real person, originaly from Pakistan, and i live in Austin, Texas with my family. I work as a UI engineer for 360training.com.
I became a computer programmer because I love spending time with computers, finding out how they worked, building things, and helping people. Programming allowed me to cover all those things. I just loved that there was a way for me to combine logical thinking, creativity and the artistic side of producing smart, clean and well formated code.
Beside computer programming i also enjoy philosophy. I believe questioning everything is fun. Many people are turned off, or even become hostile, at the mention of philosophy. Which is strange, because everyone, whether they know it or not, has a philosophy of life. It is difficult to say why I enjoy it. Perhaps because philosophy is about the really big questions.
